Summary: Absolutely adore this spot! Staff were great - except for one waitress in the restaurant who decided our child shouldn’t eat tiramisu and so she told us it was sold out. Was pretty judgemental. Everyone else was fantastic and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Summary: This was our 2nd visit to them. The room we booked was not given to us. They said we only booked for 4 ppl when we booked for 5 and then charged us an additional $160 at check out. They blamed Expedia for not paying them properly. In addition, the room that we stayed in had NO internet because it was not attached to the main building. That caused an issue for those in my party that needed to work a few hours each day. They added bar charges to the check out and we paid cash. They took the charges off but had I not caught it, we would have paid twice. Won't be back.

Summary: Loved the view of Mt Etna especially during eruptions! Staff very helpful, breakfast was fine - but go down early if you want the full choice, pool was great. Limited options at pool bar, but plenty of sunbeds (never a towel scramble as you get in some places!) Decent size room and good shower.
